David Leroy O’Connell, age 63, of Menomonie, WI, passed away on May 13, 2026, surrounded by his family. He was born on February 2, 1963, to Theresa (Asher) O’Connell and Francis “Dempsey” O’Connell and was raised in Boyceville, WI. Elaine M. (Kuester) Hoyt, 95, a lifelong Menomonie resident, died Sunday, May 10, 2026 at Autumn Village following a brief stay. Elaine previously lived at Dancing Oaks the last three years. Elaine was born in Menomonie on July 31, 1930, a daughter of the late Carl and Mabel (Hintzman) Kuester. She attended local schools and was a graduate of Menomonie High School. CVTC board to vote on proposed 2026-27 budget
