In 2015, the US Environmental Protection Agency and the Wisconsin DNR approved A River Runs Through Us. This is a Water Quality Strategy for the Land and Waters of the Red Cedar River Basin.
The Red Cedar River Water Quality Partnership has been carrying out this plan for the past eight years.
