Please note that students are not allowed to participate in any practices or events without an updated physical on file with the school district. Physicals are required every two years. Parents can check to see what is on file for their child(ren) through Skyward. Log into your Skyward account and click on the Health Info button. The highlighted dates below are the dates of the last physical on file. In the example below, the first child needs a physical and the second child does not.
Per the WIAA athletic participation permit card, any physical examination taken April 1st and thereafter is valid for the following (2) school years; physical examination taken before April 1st is valid only for the remainder of that school year and the following school year.
Example: If your child had a physical April 1, 2024, or after, the physical will be good through the 2025-2026 school year.
If your child had a physical before April 1, 2024, the physical will be good through the 2024-2025 school year.
If your child had a checkup recently, contact the healthcare provider and ask about getting a completed physical form. The required form can be found HERE.
A $100 activity fee must be paid for each student. The activity fee can be paid anytime Monday-Thursday 7am-3:30pm at the high school office. Payment can be made through Skyward. After logging in, select fee management on the left-hand side. You will need to add the fee first and then select make a payment. There is a $3.00 fee to pay online.
If you choose to register by going in through the high school website, when you click on Activities, it will take you to the Menomonie Mustang website. Click on the More tab at the top and on the far left you will see the activities registration link.
