Cathleen “Cathy” M. Pritchard, age 75 of Menomonie, WI passed away peacefully surrounded by family March 15, 2025 on her 75th birthday.
She was born March 15, 1950 in Minneapolis, MN. Cathy was adopted by parents Milburn and Dorothy (Kennedy) Chance at two months old in May of 1950.
Cathy married Peter Pritchard on October 12, 1990 at Lake Lawn Lodge in Lake Geneva, WI. She had two children, Daniel and Tim, from a prior marriage.
Cathy cherished her time traveling to the family cabin in Eagle River and the winter months spent in Florida, creating lasting family memories. She found joy in observing the local wildlife at the cabin and window shopping. Bingo, word puzzles and jigsaw puzzles brought her joy and kept her mind sharp. Nothing compared to the love she had for her grandchildren.
Cathy is survived by her husband Pete; children Daniel Ahlman, Timothy (Vicki Main) Ahlman, David (Raechel) Pritchard, Jodi Demulling; five grandchildren Jordan Ahlman, Alayna Pritchard, Ella Demulling, Gracyne Demulling, and Gabryel Pritchard. She is further survived by brother Boyt (Connie) Hill, sister Sue (Don) Genereux, sister-in-law Annette (Gregory) Smith and Deb DeVries, brother-in-law Michael Pritchard (Patricia), many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Russell DeVries, sister-in-law Karen Hobbs (Larry), in-laws Albert and Doris Pritchard.
