Starting October 1st, 2024, it will be legal to drive ATV/UTVs on designated City of Menomonie Streets.

If you're under the age of 18:
To operate, you must have a valid ATV/UTV Certificate and wear a DOT approved helmet.
To ride in the vehicle, you must wear a DOT approved helmet.
All ATV/UTVs must:
Only operate from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Ride in a single file line.
Not operate at a speed greater than the posted limit.
Have head lights, taillights, brake lights, and turn signals.
Have proof of insurance.
Be operated by someone with a valid driver's license.
