City of Menomonie residents should have received information in the mail regarding the water service line survey.
We're conducting a survey with the Wisconsin DNR to determine what kind of pipes are used for water lines in the city.
What do we need from you?
1.) Locate your water service line in the lower level of your home or crawl space!
2.) Scan the QR Code below or follow this LINK to fill out the online survey!
3.) If you need assistance, please call (715) 232-2395. A Water Department employee will come to your residence at no charge to help identify your service line materials!
Please complete the survey no later than October 4th.
