Join us for a hands-on workshop designed for middle and high school educators, UW-Stout students, and industry professionals interested in mentoring FIRST® Tech Challenge (FTC) robotics teams.
Participants will earn 14 hours of professional development while building the skills and confidence needed to mentor a team, support STEM learning, and engage students in real-world engineering challenges. You'll experience the program from a student’s perspective - designing, building, and programming robots, maintaining an engineering notebook, and exploring strategies to foster teamwork and innovation.
Whether you're new to FIRST® or seeking to expand your expertise, this workshop will equip you to help students develop essential 21st-century skills through the excitement of robotics.
