MAKE IT! Schedule

April 3:  Marbled Paper    This historic art form dates back to the 12th century, and is often seen used in old books and manuscripts in end leaves and endpapers. It is so named because it imitates the veins of colored marble. And it's so much fun to make!

April 10:  Static Electricity    Learn some hair raising science about static electricity as we do experiments! Static electricity is an imbalance of electric charges within or on the surface of a material.

April 17:  Make an Impression: Simple Stamps    Make your own stamps to use again and again with simple, everyday materials. These stamps are ideal for creating one-of-a-kind images on paper, cards, textiles, mixed-media art and more.

April 24:  Wind Power: Which Blades Are Best?    Experiment with blade shapes for a wind turbine and see if you can solve the wind power challenges. Learn how different blade design variables affect power output and work to create the most optimal blades.
