Construction Update!
Last week, the Menomonie Hydro Plant Xcel Energy crews installed the final layer of shotcrete coating on the embankment! These photos show the robotic arm used to spray the shotcrete on the surface.
This week, the crews will begin working on shoreline protection. The crews will work on a barge from the lake for this part of the project!
