Mental Wellness and Self-Care Practices at Menomonie Market Food Co-op - May 20th



Mental health is an important part of our overall well-being. Menomonie Market is pleased to present an informative class focused on mental wellness. We will explore the importance of sleep and exercise, along with the supplements that can support these areas. Additionally, we will cover stress management techniques and examine common mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression, discussing how these factors influence the symptoms associated with these conditions. We will also highlight supplements that may help manage these issues, along with addressing common concerns like pain management.

While outside food and beverages are not allowed in the classroom, Menomonie Market Food Co-op has a hot bar and grab and go items available for purchase downstairs that you’re welcome to bring into the class. Space is limited, so be sure to RSVP early to secure your spot!
