Get ready to dive under the sea because MTG is making a SPLASH with this year’s show…
The SPONGEBOB MUSICAL: YOUTH EDITION!
That’s right! Bikini Bottom is in trouble—an underwater volcano is about to blow, and it’s up to SpongeBob and his friends to save the day! As panic spreads and hope fades, an unlikely hero shows that a little optimism (and a lot of fun) can make all the difference.
Filled with laughter, adventure, and unforgettable music, this show is perfect for young performers and audiences alike!

MTG's FUN and FABULOUS theater camp will once again be directed by the talented and incomparable Katie Talberg.
Students will get to combine their love of performing with the excitement of summer camp! Campers entering 2nd grade through 10th grade next school year will learn through engaging theater games while they develop vocal and physical theater skills and techniques with the BEST camp counselors around!
PLUS, students will have an extra-special, unique, and privileged opportunity when they get to perform The SpongeBob Musical: Youth Edition live on stage at the famous, historic MABEL TAINTER THEATER!!!

Camp Dates:
July 14th - July 31st, 2025
Monday through Thursday
9am - 4pm
Dress rehearsal and shows August 1-3, 2025
The cost of the three-week camp experience is $290. Limited scholarships are available. Please contact us PRIOR to registration for more information.
Registration will be limited to allow for more stage time, more personal attention, and an overall UNFORGETTABLY WONDERFUL experience!
Historically, this camp fills up FAST!!! In the hopes of ensuring a more hassle-free and equally fair registration experience, this year's summer theater camp registration will once again be through a lottery process.
LOTTERY APPLICATION DATES
The lottery application window opens Wednesday, April 2, 2025, and continues until Sunday, April 6, 2025, at 11:59 pm.
Additionally, the MTG office will be open for assistance with lottery applications from 11:30 am - 3:30 pm on April 2, 2025, to accommodate those who do not have internet access. Please reach out for other options if that day does not work for you.
Notifications on lottery results will occur the week of April 7, 2025.
