Notes for the Week - Sept. 26th



The Walldogs are an international group of artists who come together each year to share their craft and beautify a community. They will be coming to Menomonie in 2026. But, What are the Walldogs? A lot of people have no idea who the Walldogs are, or what they do. So, if you are curious here is Menomonie's Mural Coordinator, Wade Lambrigsten to give you the quick 30 second explanation of what we are bringing to our community. Watch the video clip HERE. UW Extension offers free parenting classes each month! These classes offer practical, research-based ideas to support your parenting and help children grow. Topics include screens and media plans, family traditions, and more. Find the class calendar HERE. (From the Extension Dunn County Facebook page.)



 





The MHS Boys Hockey team are selling raffle tickets. Drawing is February 11th, you do NOT need to be present to win. Contact your favorite skater for tickets- $20 per ticket!! Thanks so much for your support!!

The owners of The Creamery recently opened a boutique. Volume One shared an article about it. You can read it HERE.



 


UW Stout has a Women's Rugby team! Their home opener is this Saturday (9/28) against Eau Claire at 5:00 pm. They play at Don and Nona Williams Stadium.
