Registration is open for Menomonie Theater Guild's Discovery Theater taking place June 9-12 at the MTG studio.
What would summer be without Menomonie Theater Guild's youth theater arts programming? We are thrilled to announce we will once again offer classes designed just for our youngest actors.
Students will explore the fundamentals of theater, including voice, movement, and character development. We will learn games, acting exercises, and cooperation/collaboration skills during this fun and exciting introduction to theater. Students will top off their theater experience with a showcase for friends and family on the final day of camp.
All courses will be led by Amy McMahon. Amy is a music teacher in the Menomonie School District and has always enjoyed all things theater. She has been involved as a performer or director for several plays and musicals over the years and is now looking forward to teaching young students about all of the wonderful things theater has to offer.
The fee is $55 per session. Register HERE. The school district will pay registration fees for students who currently reside in the SDMA.
