Remaining Resilient; Overcoming Life's Challenges

We are living in challenging times: surviving the pandemic, loss of jobs and income, severe weather events, divisive politics, stress and health concerns, and helping our children survive and thrive.  Through it all, resilience research offers great hope, and the health realization understanding offers tools to not only survive but to thrive.  We will focus on the inside-out nature of how we experience our lives and learn about good decision-making, listening for understanding, navigating moods and differences of opinion, and how to remain resilient and at our best.

Zoom sessions will be held on three Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 pm, February 11, 18 and 25.
