The Rotary Clubs of Menomonie are accepting grant applications from area nonprofits, government organizations, and community groups that support the betterment of Dunn County. Eligible areas of interest include youth, culture, health, heritage, environment, recreation, education, vocation, basic human needs and other civic initiatives.
Awards of up to $5000 will be granted on a competitive basis to organizations that support and serve our community. Grants are for special projects and not intended for ongoing operational expenses or capital campaigns. The grant should be sufficient for your organization to complete the project. If you have matching funds from other sources, the rotary club(s) will participate if total funds are sufficient to complete the project.
The next grant cycle begins on September 1 and applications are due by November 1. Non-profits in Dunn County can apply online by going to https://www.menomoniesunriserotary.org/grants.
The Rotary Club raises funds to benefit local non-profits and to serve the international community. During the past 29 years, the club has donated over $350,000 to local causes and over $125,000 to international projects.
The morning Menomonie Sunrise Rotary Club and the afternoon Rotary Club of Menomonie are both service organizations focused on Community, Youth, Education, and Vocation for the betterment of Dunn County.
