With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our sweet baby boy Sonny Ray Justice, who was born on February 24, 2025 and passed away on March 9. 2025. He was a beautiful and cherished baby loved by all.
Sonny is survived by his parents Dakota Ray Justice and Kendyl Elisabeth Hathaway; siblings Gavin and Zayn May and Payton Justice; grandparents Leah Huston, and Howard (Ray) and Susan Justice; aunt Olivia (Scott) Gilbert; cousins Jorden and Sedona Gilbert; great aunts Julie (Jack) Engeldinger, Diane Engeldinger, Rhonda Adank; great uncle Chris (Tina) Huston; great grandparents June Braford and Janie Huston and numerous other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his great grandmothers Donna Justice and Betty Huston; great grandfathers James Engeldinger, Richard Huston, and Dick Braford; and his aunt Megan Justice as well as many other adored family members.
He brought so much joy and happiness into our lives, even in the short time here. We will forever cherish the moments we had with him.
A tiny spark, now gone
A tiny spark, a precious soul,
Briefly here, but taking toll
On hearts that loved, and loved so deep,
A promise whispered, now to sleep.
Through laughter fades, and tears at fall,
Your memory, we hold it all.
A love unseen, a light so bright,
Forever etched with in our sight.
Through earthly paths you could not roam, You’ll live on always in our home.
A gentle whisper, soft and low, a love that continues to grow.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 14, 2025 at Olson Funeral Home in Menomonie with Teresa Pejsa officiating. There will be a visitation one hour prior to the service.
