Starting October 2024, we will be receiving a funding cut from one of our grants, Victims of Crimes Act, which provides federal funding for state programs and organizations that support domestic violence prevention.
We are expecting a cut of over $130,000, which is crucial to our programming, staffing, and shelter operations. We wanted to let our supporters know that we are working hard to fill this large cut with other grants, fundraisers, and of course donations from individuals.
