Built in 1934, the bridge is nearing the end of its service life. WisDOT is proposing to:

  • Replace the existing structure with new bridge

  • Reconstruct 240 feet of roadway west of the bridge and 360 feet east of the structure

  • Replace guardrail and pavement markings

During construction, US 12 will remain open to a single lane of traffic at the bridge controlled by temporary traffic signals.

Construction currently is scheduled for 2028.
